Organizational Structure
Chinnomul has 2 legal bodies to ensure good governance:
- General Committee (GC)
- Executive Committee (EC)
1.13.1. General Committee:
The General Committee of Chinnomul consists of 620 members. It is the decision making body of the organization. The GC elects an Executive Committee consisting of 7 members and reviews operational and financial achievements. It also approves the organizational programmes and budgets during the annual general meeting. The members of the GC meet once a year and it has the right to call extra ordinary meting (s) at any time if crisis occurs. This organization is governed according to the decisions made by the GC.
1.13.2. Executive Committee:
The Executive Committee is the highest policy making body of Chinnomul and consists of 7 members (table 1.1). The Executive Director is selected by the Executive Committee to initiate the programs properly according to the plan and design. The Executive Director is responsible to the Executive Committee.
